This material presents the research questions, methodologies, and findings conducted with women leaders and other gender minority identities on the topic of Women Local Humanitarian Leadership (WLHL) in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte and the Municipality of Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte. It aims to identify barriers and opportunities they face in humanitarian work; and develop policy recommendations that can provide the relevant and necessary support to these leaders.
