Vince Hermoso is one of the team members of Angat Bayi. He is a feminist, women’s empowerment, and gender justice advocate, who is currently part of the UP Center for Women’s and Gender Studies, and studying at the UP Open University. He has been part of various women and gender studies centered projects, such as Women in STEM, Women & Mining, Women in Politics, Unpaid Care Work, among others.
He is also active with various education empowerment reforms and relief and rehabilitation work. Among those whom he has spearheaded and co-founded the “School is Cool”, “Blue Bag”, and “Make Christmas Happen” projects. He loves to travel and explore different cultures, surf, and watch the sky as well as the sunset. He loves yoga, outdoor water activities, photography, reading Filipinana articles, learning Philippine languages and dialects, and journal writing.
